How can I clean my sneakers?
They can get dirty by using them constantly, but the best way to clean them is with a damp towel. Do not use alcohol or detergent nor put them in the washing machine.
What happens if the size does not fit me?
You have 14 days to make an exchange (if available in stock) or change to other design. However in a custom made we must assure the correct size because there are no exchanges. If we sent the wrong size we make sure you get the correct one.
Can I make a personalized design?
No, but we are open to hear your themes of interests and proposals.
