Blossom could be understood as the process to come to one's own through growth, and progress. Meaning to unfold or evolve through a course of evolution, natural growth, and differentiation.

Within the practice of yoga you can push yourself forward taking a leap of faith into progressive postures which will set a registration that can survive in the preconscious for future decisión making in life. Take risks and achieve your period of máximum development.

“As a lotus flower is born in muddy water, grows in it and rises out of the dirt and water to stand above it unsoiled, so I, born in the world, raised in the world having overcome the world, live unsoiled by the world” Buddha

.

“There are no coincidences, only causalities” Sigmund Freud (1902)
.

It’s proven that what you see  or feel is often unconsciously registered and stored by your mind. By stepping on your mat being mindful and observant of your practice while reaching your goals, you are setting the foundation for your own individual results; with the intent of reaching a mental record for your behaviour as well as your asanas.

Only you know the reason for your choices, only you know your journey…
